International Third Rule - America's Cup for 12 Metre yachts

Built in 1985 according to the International Third Rule- America’s Cup.

HISTORY:

November 1988:  Sold, King’s Point Maritime Academy after the America’s Cup Challenge in Freemantle, Australia.

1988: shipped to Seattle, where she was modified to Coast Guard specifications for charter vessels, and then shipped to Honolulu, HI. Per Coast Guard requirements, the rig was slightly shortened, an engine was installed and the cockpit was modified to seat up to 29 passengers. The vessel had a valid COI and was leased to Olapa K’Oa Charters.

2013: present operator lost his permit to operate out of Lahaina Harbor so the vessel will be returned to ACS.
